We utilize industry-leading logistics to deliver our Mediterranean treasures directly to your door, whether you are shopping from our European, British, Asian, or Indian boutiques.
Please verify all delivery addresses carefully. ELENIANNA guarantees delivery only to the exact addresses provided. If a package is undeliverable, it will be returned to our regional distribution center. If the product remains in peak condition, we can re-ship it to you (shipping and handling charges will apply). If the product integrity is compromised due to address errors, the customer will be responsible for the charges of a new order.
Global Fulfillment & Turnaround
European Union Orders: Most orders are dispatched within 96 hours (Monday - Friday, 09:00 – 15:00 UTC/GMT +2).
International Orders (UK, USA, South Korea, India, etc.): Products are typically shipped within 110 hours, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Note: Risk of loss and title for all items pass to the customer upon delivery to our authorized carriers.
Shipping Rates & Logistics
Rates are calculated based on the weight/volume of your order and your precise global location. The final shipping cost is transparently displayed before you complete your checkout. Please note that delivery times are calculated in business days.
Worldwide Delivery Standards
- • Signature Required: To ensure security, a signature is mandatory upon delivery.
- • Standard Schedule: Deliveries are conducted on business days (weekends and local holidays excluded).
- • Missed Delivery: For DHL/UPS shipments, if the recipient is absent, a second attempt is made the next business day. Following that, a notification will be left with local contact details to schedule a personal appointment.
Customs & International Importer Regulations
When ordering from any of our domains (including elenianna.co.uk, elenianna.kr, elenianna.in), you are recognized as the official importer of goods. You must comply with all local laws and regulations of the destination country.
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs clearance, duties, and local taxes. While new trade agreements (such as the EU-India or EU-UK agreements) may reduce or eliminate tariffs on our PDO products, we recommend checking with your local customs office for specific regional policies.

Real-Time Tracking & Transparency
Transparency is core to the elenianna experience. You will receive a tracking number via email immediately upon shipment. Our monitoring service tracks your package in real-time. A delivery receipt notification will be emailed to you within 3 hours of final arrival, confirming the consignee's name and local delivery time.
Product Availability
Due to the artisanal and limited-production nature of our collection, we will notify you immediately via email if a delay is anticipated or if an item is temporarily out of stock.
